Former Google CEO Eric Schmidt and his wife Wendy are selling their Atherton mansion for $24.5 million.

The guest house also features an outdoor fireplace, and the greenhouse, imported from the United Kingdom, is fully functional with cedar shelves and a farmhouse sink.
