A palatial Calabasas estate where Mariah Carey set a wedding dress ablaze in the break-up music video for her 2017 hit “I Don’t” is on the market for $28.75 million.

Designed in a classic French chateau style, the ornate 16,850-square-foot residence clad in solid limestone has seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and a grand foyer with twin floating staircases topped by a 30-foot-high dome.

Dallas-based architect Richard Drummond Davis designed this single-owner mansion. It went up in 2006 on a 1-acre-plus corner lot behind the second gate in The Estates at The Oaks.

From this vantage point, sweeping city and mountain views provide a backdrop to the home and its manicured, park-like grounds.

Outdoor amenities include a 110-foot infinity-edge pool and spa, multiple waterfalls, Italian limestone bridges, a gazebo and a covered barbecue pavilion with a dining area.

There’s also a full orchard and a guest house.

A centerpiece of the main house is the gourmet kitchen with an oversized center island with seating and a breakfast nook.

Chandeliers and windows illuminate the formal dining room, with its soaring two-story ceiling.

Other highlights include a wine cellar, wood-paneled library, gym, sauna, massage room and movie theater adjoining a bar and billiard lounge.

And while each of the ensuite bedrooms has a private balcony, the listing calls the primary suite “a world apart” for its octagonal steam shower, custom walk-in closets and views from the bedroom room and all-stone bathroom.

Two gated driveways and garages for six cars add to the offerings.

Records show the owners are Amir and Brenda Moghadam, whose daughter, Rachella Moghadam of Coldwell Banker Realty, has the listing. The couple leased the house to Carey for the video shoot, which she directed and co-executive produced.
